JOPLIN, MO.--- The Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity will move for the second time in two months. They are moving into new offices that will be under the same roof as the newly transferred "Restore." Office space is currently under construction and will be ready for move-in on January 21st. The new location will feature a large warehouse to store all construction items as well as other materials. Offices will consist of community room and conference room for the Habitat for Humanity staff.
"Since that tornado, we've built 80 homes. And with that growth we had to move to a separate office location. We had a separate warehouse location and what this building has allowed us to do is bring that all back together," said Scott Clayton, Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity.
The grand opening ceremony is expected to take place in the next few weeks.
