JOPLIN, MO.--- A former Joplin postal carrier is charged with sexual abuse. Authorities filed second degree sexual abuse charges against Shane Miller on Friday. They say back in August, Miller was delivering mail to a Joplin business and exposed himself to a female employee. The woman claims Miller made sexually explicit comments and made sexual contact with her. In addition, Miller performed lewd acts inside the business. In the probable cause statement, the woman said she was afraid of Miller. He said in his statement that he knew she was afraid and blamed pornography for his actions.
