JOPLIN, MO.--- Prosecutors say they will ask to retry a Joplin man accused of child molestation. The case for Christopher Foley, 30, is set for a hearing in April and prosecutors will ask the judge to set a trial again. Wednesday, members of the jury announced they could not reach a unanimous verdict in the case. Foley is accused of sexually abusing a boy under the age of 10. Authorities say he met the victim through his job at the Boys and Girls Club, but the abuse did not happen at the group's facilities.
