PITTSBURG, KS. --- Around 7:20, Monday morning, officers pulled over a man in his 50's from Illinois. He had first been spotted in Arma by law enforcement and appeared to be suspicious. The suspect stopped his truck in a driveway outside of the Pittsburg High School parking lot.

Authorities booked Timothy Winner, 55, of Illinois, in the Crawford County Jail on allegations for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and criminal use of a weapon on school property.
