GROVE, OK.--- The governor focused on how business is booming in the city. She says unemployment in Grove is only 4.5%. That's mainly because since 2011, 212 jobs have been added in the city and 5 billion in new investments have been added in the area. She says the growth is widely due to pro-growth and pro-business environment throughout the state.
"We've been able to create over a 100,000 new jobs in our state and actually even replenish our savings account. It's grown over half a billion dollars in Oklahoma, so we're seeing a new growth in our states economy. More people moving to the state of Oklahoma, so we're here to share the good news," said Mary Fallin, Oklahoma Governor.
Fallin also says she's working to strengthen the state's education system, helping keep graduates in the state.
