MISSOURI--- The Missouri Highway Patrol releases results from this past weekend's DWI checkpoint in Newton County. Authorities issued 73 warnings and arrested two people for driving while intoxicated. Eight citations were issued for failure to wear a seat belt. Five people were uninsured and one arrest was made for a misdemeanor warrant. Also, there were three violations of people not having their drivers license.
