NEOSHO, MO.--- Neosho school leaders are deciding what to do about bringing a new junior high to the district. On May 19th, the Board of Education will decide whether or not to put a $24 million bond issue on the August 5th ballot. The bond will be used to build a new junior high. The issue was originally placed on the April 8th ballot but did not pass. The junior high currently shares a school with the high school and some classes are in trailers.
