NEOSHO, MO.--- The Neosho Chamber of Commerce is looking to fill a new staff position. The events coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing chamber events. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in event planning. The chamber has never had this position, but workers feels it's needed in the community.
"We've gotten lots of interest. I think it will be a fun position. It will involve a lot of things, but they are fun things. So I look forward to finding someone that can join our team and be positive and excited about Neosho," said Lauri Lyerla, Neosho Chamber Executive Director.
