MISSOURI--- The trend of unemployment continues to grow in Missouri, despite the state adding thousands of jobs last month. The State Department of Economic Development reports 3,500 jobs were added in March, but the state unemployment rate increased to 6.7%. That's up slightly from February when it was 6.4%. The state number matches the federal unemployment rate, which also sits at 6.7%.
