JOPLIN, MO.--- The Missouri Southern State University Board of Governors holds a bond sale to fund construction of a new residence hall. The investments will help build a complex located north of Newman Road, east of International Boulevard. The three story complex will feature 51 student apartments through six buildings. Construction on the project is scheduled to begin April 28th. Total cost of the project is $14 million. Today, the MSSU Board of Governors helped fund the plans with nearly $30 million in bonds.
