Missouri Southern Becomes a Smoke Free Campus

The ban includes all tobacco products and E-cigs.
JOPLIN, MO.--- You will no longer be able to light up at Missouri Southern State University. Students voted on a smoking ban earlier this week, and more than 400 students were in favor of the measure while 159 were against it. The ban includes all tobacco products and E-cigs. It will go into effect for the 2015 school year. The issue was prompted by students wanting to have a healthier campus and clean environment.
