Man Arrested in Connection to Camp Town Greyhound Park Damage and Copper Theft

An ongoing investigation by the Frontenac Police Department has led to the arrest of one suspect.
FRONTENAC, KS.--- An ongoing investigation by the Frontenac Police Department has led to the arrest of one suspect. Joseph Grosstephan was booked into Crawford County Jail for burglary, criminal damage, and theft. He's being held in connection to more than $30,000 in damage and theft of copper and scrap materials reported missing from the closed down Camp Town Greyhound Park in Kansas.
