JOPLIN, MO.--- Restaurant representatives provided dinner tonight for the Boys and Girls Club. The club feeds about 250 kids each day and tonight got a hand from Buffalo Wild Wings. Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the biggest partnerships for the Boys and Girls Club. Throughout the year, the restaurant holds various fundraisers for the club. It's a partnership that not only helps the kids, but also gets the restaurant involved in the community.
"The kids are important to us because they're our future. Some of these kids will grow up to work at Buffalo Wild Wings, some of these kids might grow up to own a Buffalo Wild Wings. So we want them to know we're here for them," said Janel Wilder, Buffalo Wild Wings.
"It means everything to us, to be able to have those partnerships and just knowing that there are people out there who truly care about the children and are there to give to the children, it means everything to us," said Jordan Scott, Boys and Girls Club.
Buffalo Wild Wings will host a Coats for Kids event from September 15th to November 2nd. Customers can drop off a coat for a child at the Boys and Girls Club and receive coupons from the restaurant.
