LAMAR, MO.--- Lamar school administrators are giving the public the opportunity to have a piece of Barton County history. After the former middle school building was demolished, Hundreds of bricks were saved for sentimental purposes. Now people can purchase those bricks for $5 a piece. Right now, you can only purchase a total of five bricks at a time. You can buy and pick up the bricks at the superintendents office at 405 Walnut Street. The bricks are close to 80 years old.
