The ingredients are four 4-oz filets of beef, 10 button mushrooms chopped, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4c diced white onion, 4 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 2 ounces of cognac or brandy, fresh chopped parsley, tabasco sauce, lea and perrins worcestershire sauce.
