Elijah Taylor Pleads Guilty in the Death of Jacob Wages

Taylor, 18, entered a guilty plea in Jasper County Court for Second Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary.
JOPLIN, MO.--- Elijah Taylor, 18, of Tulsa, entered a guilty plea in Jasper County Court for Second Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary.

Jacob Wages was killed in July of 2012. Authorities say five men broke into Wages' home on South Pearl Street and shot him with a handgun.

A sentencing hearing for Taylor is scheduled for Monday, April 7th.
