City Council Approves Retail Development Plan in Webb City

Webb City leaders has approved a contract for engineering services for undeveloped land south of Highway 171.
WEBB CITY, MO.--- Webb City leaders are hoping to use property on Highway 171 for retail development. The city council has approved a contract for engineering services for undeveloped land south of Highway 171 across the street from Price Cutter. That includes a survey, site plan and design concepts for a large retail operation along with other, smaller stores. It's expected to cost $25,000 to study the 52 acre plot.
