MIAMI, OK.--- The Oklahoma Attorney General files a lawsuit against a Miami restaurant and its owner over unlawful employment practices. It was filed after complaints from three women, who were staying at the Community Crisis Center in Miami and were hired as waitresses at the Chinese Chef Buffet. They say the owner, Yun Chang, knew they were abuse victims when he hired them.
The victims claim during the interview, Chang asked them if they were in relationships or drank alcohol. They say once they were hired, he frequently inappropriately touched them and made sexual advances towards them. They also testified to the attorney general about the conditions, Chang tried to bribe them and when they refused to take money, he cut their hours.
