Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

A local organization has officially settled in its home in Joplin today.
JOPLIN, MO.--- A local organization has officially settled in its home in Joplin today. Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks had its ribbon cutting ceremony today. The new office is located off 7th Street and Byers. This is the first official office the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks has ever had. Directors say they have come a long way and are happy to be home.

"Typically, when we need to stuff packets or work on things, we've done it out of the garage of my home here in Joplin. So, we've kind of gotten used to that, but this is such a blessing," said Kristi Seibert, Outreach Director.

The foundation helps those financially who have been diagnosed with breast cancer who are uninsured.
