JOPLIN, MO.--- The Workforce Investment Board hosted a drive thru job fair at the A.M.I. Radio Studios in Joplin. People didn't have to get out of their cars to get information on all the jobs available in the area. This is the second year for the event as organizers handed out roughly 1,600 packets of information.
"Jobs, what we call under employed, looking for a little bit extra opportunity or people simply out of work," said Bubba Evansco, Workforce Investment Board.
On Wednesday, the job fair will be at Wal-Mart in Cassville from 10 a.m. to noon.
