WEBB CITY, MO.--- Bill Adkins is a regular at the Webb City Farmers Market. He learned to play the guitar later in life and is self taught. He was in a car accident and couldn't work for a year. His son-in-law gave him a $15 guitar while he was recovering and he fell in love with it.
"Don't say that you're too old to learn because you're not. And everybody has it in them. All they have to do is just sit down and commit themselves to it, and they can do it," said Bill Adkins, Musician.
Bill says he wears black because it's so slimming.
