Brad's Beat Two Generation Easter Egg Hunt

Students from Fairview Elementary and Carthage Health and Rehab residents searched for Easter eggs together.
CARTHAGE, MO.--- Two generations come together on a mission to find Easter eggs. Students from Fairview Elementary and the Carthage Health and Rehab searched for eggs together.

The two are next door neighbors and when they're not egg hunting, they are also reading buddies. Teachers say both groups learn a lot from each other.

"A lot of kids don't get to see their grandparents often. I think the parents should see they do," said Yvonne Harrison, Carthage Health and Rehab.

"They are so nice to us and they are our friends," said Braeli Hoover, 5, Fairview Elementary.

There were a few hundred hidden eggs and the group found them in 10 minutes.
