Brad's Beat: Thanksgiving Travel

It's the busiest travel day of the year, and many motorists stopped in Joplin to stretch their legs.
JOPLIN, MO.--- The busiest travel day of the year brings motorists through the Four States. Several people from out of state stopped at the Joplin Welcome Center. Many travelers we spoke to were headed to Branson, Iowa and St. Louis. One man traveling with his son is moving from San Diego to New Hampshire.

"I've got 22 hours to go. I've been driving since Monday," said Ray Collins, Driving to New Hampshire.

AAA says that an estimated 43 million people will be traveling 50 miles or more this holiday season.
