JOPLIN, MO.--- A Joplin artist is spotlighted for his origami artwork. Gideon Horn, 17, has been making origami art for the last several years. You can now see his work on display at the Post Memorial Art Museum inside the Joplin Public Library. Gideon says origami requires a lot of patience, each piece is made up of one sheet of paper and he says each fold needs to be perfect.
"Never done anything like this before. Being so young and hearing so many good encouraging things about what kind of future I might have. Great to hear, really encouraging," said Gideon Horn, Artist.
Gideon is also an artist with pen and paper, he's done hundreds of drawings over the years.
