CARTHAGE, MO.--- More than 70,000 people are bringing their appetites to this years Marian Days in Carthage. Several vendors have set up tents cooking authentic Vietnamese food. Including exotic fruit drinks and deserts. One of the most popular meals is a rice wrap filled with mushrooms and crab dipped in fish sauce. They plan on serving more than 80,000 of the wraps. It takes long hours to serve so many people.
"We start at 4:30 a.m. until midnight, and Saturday we work overnight," said Phong Lan Le, Cook.
This is the 36th anniversary of the Marian Days celebration.
