JOPLIN, MO.--- You've heard of an Army bootcamp, how about a chocolate one? The Candy House in Joplin hosted more than 25 people from various chocolate companies across the country today. Different workshops were setup to teach them the proper way to prepare and cook chocolate. Organizers says it's an honor to share what they've learned with businesses from across the country.
"You've got people in there that has plants 50 times bigger than this. And you've got people who haven't made their first piece of chocolate, it's a great mixture," said Terry Hicklin, Candy House.
The bootcamp lasts until Thursday.
