CARTHAGE, MO.--- Art comes in all shapes and sizes and it will be on display in Carthage on Friday. One of the featured artist at the Carthage Art Walk is Cody Langford. He uses a printing press from 1896 to make incredibly detailed images. The press was used to make newspapers at the turn of the century. Its still works perfectly well and Langford prints his graphic art on it. He also makes fliers and wedding invitations. He says not many machines still work after 110 years.
"They actually put them in covered wagons and they drug these across the parries so they could have newspapers in small towns," said Cody Langford, Artist.
The Carthage Art Walk will be held on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. on the Carthage square.
