LAMAR, MO.--- Barton County 4-H teen leaders present the Wet Project to 4th and 5th graders at East Primary Elementary School. The Wet Project is an interactive education program that enables every child to understand and value water. The mission is to reach kids, parents, teachers and community members of the world with water education that promotes awareness and empowers community action to solve complex water issues. The 4-H leaders are using the water pond at Wheeler Park to help educate the community.
