Chiefs Versus the Broncos Local Reactions

They go head to head Sunday night. Many Chief fans say there's no doubt in their mind the undefeated team will end up on top.
JOPLIN, MO.--- It's being called the biggest NFL game of 2013 to date, the Chiefs versus the Broncos. The Kansas City Chiefs-- 9 and 0. The Denver Broncos-- one loss under their belt at 8 and 1. They go head to head Sunday night. Many Chief fans say there's no doubt in their mind the undefeated team will end up on top.

"It's not going to end on Sunday, it's going to continue on to a 10-0," said James Cullen, Chiefs Fan.

"They're going to win this, it's going to be close. Andy Reed has had a bi-week to figure out Denver's offense, I think he's going to get it done," said Justin Nodler, Chiefs Fan.

Others say it will be a close one.

"They're offense could use a little bit of work, it's not too impressive but as long as they're defense stays strong, we can handle it," said Lee Mensi, Chiefs Fan

"Honestly, being a Chiefs fan, I still think the Chiefs might lose. Payton Manning is a stud, I can't argue against Payton Manning," said Matt Pendergraft, Chiefs Fan.

So what do they think about the hype that's happening online surrounding this game? One sports writer says the Chiefs are not Super Bowl worthy.

"How do you say the Chiefs don't deserve a Super Bowl?" Asked Pendergraft.

"The Chiefs are more than Super Bowl worthy. I think they're going to go through the whole season, they're going to win at least one against the Broncos, but they'll be in the playoffs for sure," said Nodler.

Only time will tell, for now it's counting down the minutes until Sunday night.

"It'll be pretty impressive to see them go 10-0 after this week, but then who knows what the future holds for them, but it should look pretty good for them," said Mensi.

Of course, the game will be televised on KSN Sunday night at 7:30.
