Cecil Clayton Execution Delay

It's another delay for a 16 year old Southwest Missouri murder case. 
MISSOURI--- The Missouri Supreme Court has turned down a request to set an execution date for convicted murderer Cecil Clayton. State Attorney General, Chris Koster had requested that the court set dates in several cases, including Clayton's. Clayton was convicted of the 1996 shooting death of Barry County Deputy, Chris Castetter.
