Carl Junction Man Sentenced for Receiving Child Pornography

James Hagerman was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison without parole.
SPRINGFIELD, MO--- James Hagerman, 51, of Carl Junction, was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison without parole. He pleaded guilty in February to two counts of receiving child pornography.

An online investigation in 2012 by the Southwest Missouri Cybercrimes Task Force led to Hagerman's arrest. He admitted to officers he had 1,000 sexually explicit videos of children on his computer.

Hagerman will be on probation for 20 years after his prison term.
