CARL JUNCTION, MO.--- Halloween is a few weeks away and riding a hayride to pick out the perfect pumpkin could help raise money for a good cause. Dozens of children visited the Frederickson Farm in Carl Junction. The farm is raising money with their hayrides this year. Each ride is a dollar and 100% of the proceeds will go to the Ronald Mcdonald House and the Carl Junction Bright Futures Program. Organizers say they hope to raise $1,500.
"We love kids, we want our community to shine and our future is with these kids. We have a lot of fun with them here," says Tami Fredrickson, Farmer.
If you would like to visit the Frederickson Farm, it is located at 303 north Grimes Street in Carl Junction.
