WEBB CITY, MO.--- A Webb City landmark has a new owner with a passion for food. Chef Les Davis is the new owner of the Bradbury Bishop Deli. He has been cooking professionally since he was 11 years old. He is originally from upstate New York and moved to the area about 10 years ago. He has a mobile smoker he used to setup in gas station parking lots where he sold ribs. He says owning a bit of history is a dream he thought never would happen.
"This is a landmark man, I've been truly blessed to get this building," said Les Davis, Bradbury Bishop Owner.
The Bradbury Bishop first opened back in 1931.
