Big Lots Recalls about 29,000 sets of Holiday Pathway Lights.
The lights use plated steel conductors and have a plastic coating and components that are not flame retardant, posing a fire hazard.
The recalled 10-piece light sets are used to illuminate pathways during the Christmas holiday season.
The sets contain ten 11-inch tall light stakes with a 5-inch colored bulb on each.
The stakes are connected by a 15-foot long cord.
They were sold at Big Lots stores nationwide from October 2012 to January 2013 for about $10.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lights and return them to a Big Lots store for a full refund.
Consumer contact: Big Lots, toll free at (866) 244-5687 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or online at www.biglots.com.
