JOPLIN, MO.--- Damage to an AT&T fiber line is rerouting 911 calls throughout the State of Missouri. Workers at Jasper County Emergency Services say they've received calls from both Newton and Greene County. The issue is connected to line damage in the AT&T system. Crews are working on repairs, but don't yet know when those will be complete. Workers say 911 calls will still be answered by 911 centers, but callers may have to answer extra questions to verify locations.
