GIRARD, KS ---The Southeast Kansas Community Action Program is asking for community input on a variety of local issues.

SEK-CAP is parterning up with Project 17, an effort by Southeast Kansas elected officials to motivate citizens to improve overall quality of life.

Through an online survey, community members can answer what they feel are the most important issues to address.  Questions include economic development, health and wellness, and social service support.

SEK-CAP says survey results will help officials make decisions to best impact long term growth in the region.
