"With outside pressures, animal rights groups and activists, we don't want them coming into Missouri and disrupting our number one industry," said Representative Bill Reiboldt, R-Dist. 160.
North Dakota was the first state to pass a Right to Farm bill in 2012, which would make Missouri the second state in the nation to make it a law if it passes.
