Pittsburg School District gets right to work on construction after bond approval

PITTSBURG, Kan. - As the first step after the bond proposal was approved last Tuesday, the district has began work on its heating and air conditioning system. To get the job done, school officials are using the largest crane in the Pittsburg area to remove and replace the units from the high school roof.

The final HVAC unit should be in place on Tuesday and the crane will be deconstructed.
