JAY, OK.--- OSBI has ruled the death of a Delaware County man initially investigated as suspicious, accidental. A land surveyor found the body of Andrew Joel Olsen, 27, in a tributary of the Neosho River near Grand Lake last December. According to an autopsy report, Olsen had multiple skull fractures and showed evidence of alcohol and drug use. The report determined Olsen likely died from an 18-foot fall from the bridge that spans the stream.
