MISSOURI--- Missouri state revenue is up slightly, totaling $6.7 billion for the 2014 budget. Year to date, general revenue is up half a percent. It's a difference of about $30 million from this time last year. But numbers for the month of April didn't help, down 5% from April 2013. The biggest monthly drop came from corporate income and corporate franchise tax collections. Meanwhile, April numbers increased for income and use tax revenue, and decreased in refunds.
