NEOSHO, MO.--- Linda Teeter photographs graffiti in the area and through out the United States. She says it's art and every piece has a meaning behind it, making viewers want to know more. She says some people see graffiti and see it as vandalism, but she sees it as art.

"My study is for you to take that opportunity to actually look at them. Look them over, stop. Look them over before you judge. And then at that time, you can determine if it is art or is it vandalism," said Linda Teeter, artist.

You can determine that by visiting the art gallery between now and September 12th. Linda also invites you to her meet and greet on September 7th at 2 p.m. at the Longwell Museum.
