Labette County Murder Trial Costs

PARSONS, KS.--- David C. Bennett Junior is facing one count of capital murder for the deaths of Cami Umbarger, 29, and her three children. All four where killed at Umbarger's home in Parsons some time between November 23rd and 25th of last year. The Kansas Attorney Generals Office is prosecuting the case, but Labette County must pay for juror fees and witness travel. A trial start date has not yet been set.
