JOPLIN, MO.--- Workers have recreated the brick image of an eagle that had been part of the old high school campus. Workers with Mid Continental Restoration of Fort Scott removed the bricks in November of 2011. They went into storage until last week, when they were installed near a staircase in the east part of the high school. Workers estimate they spent two to two-and-a-half weeks total to both remove and later install the eagle image.
