Breaking News: Hawley accuses Greitens of criminal activity in charity investigation

MISSOURI - Hawley said his office found evidence that the governor used a donor fundraising list, from a charity he founded, for political fundraising. Hawley went on to say that this qualifies as computer tampering, and given the value of the list in question, it is a felony.

The attorney general said his office does not have the jurisdiction to prosecute against the crime, so it will be turned over to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney, Kim Gardner, who will make the final decision on charges being field against Greitens.

The charity in question is called "The Mission" and was founded by Greitens in 2007.
