JOPLIN, MO.--- A Joplin police officer solves two stolen vehicle cases and foils a third attempt to take another car. Joshua Randall, 36, of Goodman was arrested this morning. Authorities say he was spotted driving a stolen Ford F-150. The suspect attempted to flee, striking a Ford Taurus just south of the intersection of I-44 and Highway 43. He then fled on foot and attempted to force the occupants out of a nearby vehicle. Officers are also investigating whether he is responsible for the theft of a Joplin city parks vehicle stolen yesterday.
