Food Safety Recall

JOPLIN, MO--- The USDA is warning several states in the midwest of contaminated meat. Schnuck's Kitchen, an establishment based outside of St. Louis, is recalling 130lbs. of "Curry White Meat Chicken Salad" due to possible contamination of Listeria. The chicken salad was produced betweeen April 24th and May 2nd. It's been sold in deli stores in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Consuming Listeria can cause an infection. Symptoms include: fever, muscle aches, headache, confusion, and loss of balance.
