WEBB CITY, MO.--- Many kids are enjoying their third week of a Christmas vacation due to all the extra snow days. More than 40 kids have spent the the day at the Heritage Youth Development Center in Webb City, while their parents are at work. The program is sponsored by the YMCA. Many of the kids say they are enjoying their time away from class, but don't miss the homework. Other's say they miss their friends and hope they get the rest of the week off.

"I don't miss my worksheets, my math or reading. I miss science, that's all," said Madison Kowal, 9 Years Old.

"I'll stay home until I'm 20 so I can never go to school, ever. It's so boring," said Aiden Menettee, 5 Years Old.

The program lets the kids do several activities during the day to keep them busy, otherwise many would get quite bored at home.
