Edge says picking out the handle is half the trick. He has used deer antlers and even cut up a bowling balls. He is as perfectionist and he puts his name and "number of knife" on every single blade.
"If I don't like the knife when I get finished with it, the customer will never see it," said Robert Edge, Edge Knives Owner.
After working with knives all his life, he still has all his fingers. He says the first decade he cut himself a lot, but these days it takes a lot to cut him.
