ALDI Grocrey Store Set to Close for Remodel

JOPLIN, Mo. - The Aldi grocery store in Joplin is currently closed for remodel through late October.

The store is one of more than one-thousand stores nationwide to be remodeled under Aldi's one-point-six billion dollar plan.

The store is located off Range Line and 20th Street and is scheduled to re-open on October 30th.

There will be a celebration of the new design on November 15th.

The project will expand the produce, dairy and bakery sections, include nature lighting, and open celings for a more modern look.

Building materials for the new additions are environmentally friendly, such as energy saving refrigerators, recycled materials, and l.E.D. Lights.
