I was born in Pennsylvania, but I have lived most of my life in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in May of 2012 with a B.S. degree in Sport Management. While at UWP, I was a scholarship student athlete in cross-country and track. I recently graduated from Syracuse University with a M.S. degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Allie is a born and raised southern belle from Houston, TX who comes to Joplin to be a News Reporter for KODE. Allie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting with a minor in Advertising.
Cealey joins KODE's sports team as the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter. She is a recent graduate from Florida State University's School of Communication.
Ray Foreman joined the Action 12 Weather Team as Chief Meteorologist for KODE in May of 2002.
Jason joined the KODE News team in April of 2014 as the Weekend Weather Anchor and Reporter. Before moving to Joplin, Jason grew up Omaha, NE. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and obtained a bachelors degree in meteorology-climatology in December 2012.
Shannon joined Good Morning Four States in 2007 after anchoring the news and weather on the Weekend Edition.
Gretchen Bolander joined the Action 12 News team in 1995.
Alan Matthews joined Good Morning Four States in 1998 after winning the position by finishing third in a Monster Truck rally.
Andy arrived at KODE in the summer of 2003. Before working at KODE, Andy worked in radio both in Joplin and Pittsburg. He hosted his own sports talk show on 1340 AM in Pittsburg and also did play-by-play for high schools throughout southeast Kansas. Andy also served as sideline reporter for the Missouri Southern football radio broadcasts as well as color commentator for MSSU basketball games. Andy came to Joplin in the fall of 1997 and attended college at MSSU. When not working, Andy enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Valerie and their dog Dewey. You can also find him on the golf course hacking his way around.
Jennifer was born in El Salvador, Central America and raised in Rogers,
Arkansas. She joined KODE in September 2011 and is happy to call Joplin
her new home.
Her passion for journalism started at a young age. International news became her passion and to become an international correspondent became her dream.
